Dynamic City: Law Enforcement Scenarios 🚔

To ensure Los Santos remains active at all hours, we have implemented an active field response system. Unlike standard patrols, these incidents are dynamic and can be triggered by officers when they are ready for action.

📡 How to Start a Patrol Response

These situations do not always spawn automatically. As an officer on duty, you must initiate the search for suspicious activity:

  • Ensure you are On-Duty and in a patrol vehicle.
  • Use your department-issued radio or computer to request an active area assignment.
  • If an area is available and enough officers are online, a Dispatch Notification will appear on your screen with a GPS location.
  • 🛑 The Pullover Procedure

When you arrive at the suspicious vehicle's location, approach with caution and signal them to stop:

  • Distance: Maintain a distance of 15 meters for the driver to recognize your sirens and pull over.
  • Driver Behaviors:
  • - Speeding (20%): Cooperative. They will pull over and provide license/registration when asked.

    - Fleeing (30%): The suspect will panic and attempt to escape. High-speed pursuit protocol is initiated.

    - Aggressive (50%): Use EXTREME caution. These suspects are hostile and may open fire or attack with weapons.

    📝 Fines & Citations

For non-violent offenses (like speeding), you can issue automated tickets:

  • Fine Range: Typical fines range from $500 to $1,000.
  • Dialogue: Interact with the driver to hear their excuses—some might try to talk their way out of it!
  • ⚖️ Rules of Engagement

Remember, standard protocols apply. Use of lethal force is only authorized when your life or the lives of citizens are in immediate danger.
