Furry Justice: K9 Unit Guide 🐕

Specialized officers can deploy highly trained K9 units from our department's canine management system to assist in tracking suspects and discovering hidden contraband.

🐕 Deployment & Control

K9 units are deployed through the specialized tactical menu. Once deployed, you have full control over your canine partner:

Stay/Follow: Manage the dog's position during tactical approaches.

•

Vehicle Transport: Use the interaction menu to put your K9 into the back of your patrol vehicle.

🔍 Specialized Actions

•

/petsearch: Commands the K9 to sniff a nearby suspect or vehicle. If illegal items (drugs, certain weapons) are present, the dog will sit and alert the officer with a notification.

/petattack: In situations where a suspect is fleeing on foot and non-lethal compliance is required, command your K9 to tackle and neutralize the target.

⚖️ K9 Etiquette

Remember, your K9 is an officer. Ensure they are well-cared for and only used according to department policy for searches and apprehensions.
