When no player-controlled EMS are on duty, citizens still have access to emergency care through our automated local services.

📡 Requesting Help

If you find yourself unconscious and there are fewer than 2 medics in the state, you can request a local paramedic:

Command: Use /localparamedic in your chat.

•

Cost: This premium service costs $1,000 (deducted from Bank or Cash).

•

Dispatch: An NPC Paramedic will be dispatched to your exact location.

•

Approach: The medic will walk to your side and begin life-saving scenarios.

•

Revival: After a 10-second treatment period, you will be revived on the spot.

•

Cleanup: Once stable, the paramedic will wander away and return to their station.

Note: This service is disabled when player EMS are active to ensure our professionals have priority in roleplay situations.
