Visit one of the three primary Fishing Job Hubs located at the docks (Del Perro, Paleto, or the Alamo Sea) to register your business:

Property Management: Your business location requires maintenance. If you neglect your property, its condition will degrade over time (1% every 100 minutes). Ensure you pay your dues at the hub terminal!

Vehicle Garage: Each hub features a garage for your land vehicles and a specialized dock for your fishing vessels.

As you grow, you can purchase and upgrade your vessels:

Boats: Essential for reaching deep-water fishing spots where the most valuable species reside.

Anchoring: Use the 'O' key or the `/anchor` command to secure your boat in place. This is critical for stability while casting or diving.

Storage: Most professional vessels feature on-board storage to hold large quantities of fish during long trips.
